About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using industry-standard methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including developers, designers, business analysts, and external vendors, to ensure project success.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to all levels of the organisation, including executive leadership.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned to improve future project management practices and outcomes.
- Manage change control processes and ensure timely and appropriate problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and their practical application.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Proficiency in risk management, issue resolution, and change control.
