Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital transformation projects , ensuring they meet business objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for digital innovation and translate requirements into actionable project plans.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient use of capital and personnel.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT, operations, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new digital solutions.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new digital tools and processes across the organization.
• Report on project status, risks, and key performance indicators to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management , with a strong focus on digital transformation or technology implementation projects.
• Proven experience in managing projects involving cloud migration, data analytics, CRM implementation, or workflow automation.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience managing hybrid project environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to anticipate and address future challenges.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly preferred.
