Senior Project Manager - Engineering

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in Engineering to manage significant projects in Bristol . This role is critical for driving the successful execution of engineering initiatives, from concept development through to production and implementation, within a hybrid work model. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards, and manage project timelines and budgets effectively, contributing to innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and technical requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management , with a significant portion focused on engineering or product development projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent practical experience is essential.
