Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for key initiatives, from concept and initiation through to planning, execution, control, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, resource requirements, and timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication among distributed project teams, stakeholders, and senior management via various virtual channels.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards, driving continuous improvement in remote project execution.
• Monitor project progress, analyse performance metrics, and report on key milestones and outcomes to relevant parties.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong history of successfully delivering challenging projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
• Proficiency with leading project management software and digital collaboration tools.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, suited for a remote context.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or similar certification is highly valued.
