Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects in Bradford, West Yorkshire . This role is essential for overseeing the development and implementation of major infrastructure upgrades and new builds, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, safely, and within budget. You will be responsible for managing complex projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and local authorities, and ensuring all regulatory and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules, ensuring financial and operational targets are met.
• Oversee site activities, ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager in the infrastructure sector, with at least 6 years in a senior role.
• Proven expertise in managing large capital projects, including roads, utilities, or similar civil engineering works.
• Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and risk assessment principles.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with project management software and methodologies used in infrastructure development.
