Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of major infrastructure projects.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, suppliers, and community groups.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project continuity.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a strong emphasis on infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Demonstrable success in managing projects with significant budgets and complex logistical requirements.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure development processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and relevant technical tools.
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g., PMP, CEng) is highly advantageous.
