Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of manufacturing projects, from concept and planning through to execution and successful handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, budget management, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, including engineers, production staff, and supply chain specialists.
• Implement and manage process improvements, new technology integrations, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Monitor project performance against key metrics, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure all projects comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on the manufacturing sector.
• Proven expertise in managing projects related to process improvement, new product introduction, or technology implementation in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
