About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager specializing in Product Development to lead innovative projects within their fully remote team, with an operational base near Nottingham . This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker capable of guiding new products from conception through to market launch, ensuring seamless collaboration across distributed teams and successful execution. You will be instrumental in driving product strategy, managing project lifecycles, and delivering high-quality, market-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of product development projects from ideation, design, and development to testing, launch, and post-launch analysis.
• Develop detailed project plans, including roadmaps, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management for new product initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and design, in a remote setting.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide comprehensive status reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager , with a strong focus on product development or software product management.
• Proven experience managing complex projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, market research, and user experience principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
