Senior Project Manager - Product Development

About the Role

Our client is looking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager with a passion for product development to join their innovative team in Brighton . This role involves leading the end-to-end management of new product initiatives, from concept and design through to launch and market introduction. You will work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet market needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of new product development projects.
• Define product roadmaps, project scope, milestones, and resource requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and risks, ensuring successful and timely product launches.
• Coordinate activities across R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless product development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management , with a strong focus on product development or R&D projects.
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and stage-gate processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• A background in a relevant technical or business field is preferred.
