Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Manage and motivate cross-functional project teams , fostering a collaborative and productive remote work environment.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager , with a significant portion managing remote teams and projects.
- Demonstrable success in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget constraints.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in risk management, budget control, and resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
