About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Senior Project Manager specializing in Software Development to join their innovative team in Edinburgh . You will be responsible for guiding software projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet user needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate regular team meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure efficient workflow and continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, communicating potential issues and solutions proactively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager , specifically managing software development projects.
• Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Strong technical background or a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
