Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Effectively manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and reporting on variances.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee project documentation, maintaining accurate records and status reports for all project phases.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a significant portion in a senior capacity.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a remote-first setting.
• Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
• A degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
