About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and highly organized Senior Project Manager to join their team in Oxford . This role is responsible for planning, executing, and closing complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will manage project teams, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation, working within a hybrid model that promotes collaboration and flexibility. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management , with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
