Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
