Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within the defined scope, time, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including WBS, resource allocation, risk assessment, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors in a remote setting.
• Monitor project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
• Facilitate remote team meetings and workshops to drive progress and foster collaboration.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Management role, with a strong preference for experience managing remote or distributed teams.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project) and collaboration tools.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
