Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, key deliverables, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Manage project resources efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project team members, stakeholders, and relevant departments.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution strategies are implemented.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management , with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a demanding environment.
- Expertise in various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and proficiency with related tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred but not mandatory.
