About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to lead critical projects within a dynamic, remote-first environment. Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive remote working environment.
• Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to all stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a significant portion in a senior capacity.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects, ideally within a remote or distributed team setting.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
