Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans , timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to company project management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 5+ years in a Project Management role, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
• Demonstrated understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is highly desirable.
