Senior Property & Estate Manager (MRICS)

Durham County Council is seeking a Principal Surveyor to lead the Council's Strategic Property Management service. You will oversee estate management, valuation, acquisitions, disposals, leasing, covenants and stakeholder engagement to optimise use of the estate.
