About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential development sites and opportunities for acquisition.
• Oversee all stages of the development lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, and construction.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure profitable and timely project delivery.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis to inform development strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, planning laws, and health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Significant experience in property development, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of planning processes, construction methods, and contract management.
• Excellent financial acumen and project management skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities, with experience managing diverse stakeholder relationships remotely.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive projects forward in a remote setting.
• Relevant degree in Property Development, Construction, or a related field is preferred.
