Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients, including vendors, purchasers, and investors, to understand their needs and provide expert property advice .

• Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients and provide strategic guidance on property acquisition and disposal.
• Maintain meticulous records of all valuations and client interactions using the company's CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Valuer or Surveyor within the UK real estate market.
• Professional qualification such as RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of the Leicester and surrounding areas' property market dynamics.
• Excellent report writing, analytical, and communication skills .
• Proficiency in property valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the designated region.
