Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Property Valuer to join their dynamic team based in Leicester . This pivotal role involves conducting accurate and insightful property valuations across various asset classes, providing essential data for investment, sales, and lettings decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical inspections and desktop valuations of residential and commercial properties.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports, supported by thorough market research and comparable evidence.
- Provide expert advice to clients on property market trends, investment opportunities, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, agents, and other industry professionals.
- Stay abreast of current market conditions, legislation, and best practices in property valuation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property valuation or a related surveying role.
- Full RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrated expertise in valuing a diverse range of property types within the Leicestershire area.
- Excellent analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
