About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Valuer to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen, Scotland . Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive property valuations for residential, commercial, and industrial properties across the Aberdeen region.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to RICS standards.
• Liaise directly with clients, including vendors, purchasers, financial institutions, and legal professionals, to discuss valuation findings.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay abreast of local property trends and advise on pricing strategies.
• Mentor junior valuers and contribute to the development of best practices within the valuation team.

Requirements

• Qualified Surveyor (MRICS or AssocRICS) or equivalent with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record in property valuation , preferably within the Scottish market.
• In-depth knowledge of the Aberdeen property market dynamics and relevant legislation.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property valuation software and standard office applications.
