Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Valuer or Surveyor, with a strong understanding of valuation methodologies.
• Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in property valuation software and MS Office Suite.
