Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks and scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Implement automated tests for functional, regression, performance, and API testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, and work with development teams to resolve them.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to a culture of quality assurance across the engineering department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in QA automation, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for automation, such as Python , Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with automation tools and frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Appium, or TestNG/JUnit.
• Strong knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured) and performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices is a plus.
