About the Role

This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software by designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and executing comprehensive test strategies. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to identify defects early in the development cycle and contribute to a culture of continuous quality improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts and frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, identify, document, and track bugs.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand features and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in code reviews of automated tests and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest QA technologies and best practices.
• Perform regression testing, performance testing, and security testing as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
