Your responsibilities will include:

- Administering JCT and/or NEC contracts.
- Negotiating with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Maintaining commercial control and protecting project margins.
About You
We are looking for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with proven main contractor experience and the confidence to run projects independently.

- Proven experience taking commercial ownership of construction projects.
- Strong subcontract procurement, CVR and cost-control skills.
- Good working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts.

- Hybrid working, with 2–3 days per week in the office.
- Permanent position with an established regional contractor.
- Commercial responsibility for projects valued up to £15m.
- The opportunity to contribute directly to project profitability and business growth.
