About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their dynamic team based in Edinburgh . This is a critical on-site role focused on evaluating complex real estate investment opportunities across various sectors, including commercial, residential, and industrial properties. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to support strategic acquisition and disposition decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial modeling and feasibility studies for potential real estate investments.
• Analyze market trends, demographic data, and economic factors to assess investment viability.
• Perform comprehensive due diligence, including site inspections, legal reviews, and environmental assessments.
• Prepare detailed investment memos, reports, and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
• Monitor the performance of existing portfolio assets and provide recommendations for value enhancement.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, lenders, developers, and other industry professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate valuation methodologies, financial modeling techniques, and risk assessment.
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable investment recommendations.
• Excellent knowledge of the Scottish real estate market and its dynamics.
• Proficiency in financial software, databases, and presentation tools.
