You will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying lucrative investment opportunities, and driving sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough market research to identify potential investment properties and client needs.
- Negotiating property sales and lease agreements, ensuring favourable terms for all parties involved.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with a diverse clientele, including investors, developers, and property owners.
- Managing the entire transaction process, including due diligence, financing arrangements, and legal closures.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company targets for the London market.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on property valuation, market trends, and investment strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a successful Real Estate Negotiator or Sales Agent with at least 5 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the London property market and current real estate regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport.
- Demonstrated experience in closing complex property deals and managing a high-value pipeline.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
