Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-value real estate transactions from initial contact through to completion, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Skillfully negotiate terms, prices, and conditions to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties involved.

- Stay abreast of market trends, legal updates, and best practices within the real estate industry .
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Negotiator or in a similar senior property role.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex property deals and a strong understanding of contract law.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
- Proficiency in real estate CRM software and virtual collaboration tools.
- A comprehensive understanding of the London property market is highly advantageous.
- Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in real estate are preferred.
