About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee a substantial portfolio of properties in and around Sheffield . This hybrid role focuses on optimizing the performance and value of real estate assets through effective management, strategic planning, and financial oversight. You will be responsible for developing and implementing asset strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring that each property within the portfolio meets or exceeds its investment objectives. This position demands a leader who can balance property operations with financial performance, driving value and growth for the company's extensive real estate holdings in the Yorkshire region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies for a diverse real estate portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement value-enhancement initiatives.
• Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, rent collection, and expense control.
• Oversee property management operations, ensuring high standards of maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform investment and disposition decisions.
• Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and tenants to ensure alignment and achieve portfolio goals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in real estate portfolio management , asset management, or investment.
• Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK property market , including commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
