About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of assets in and around Sheffield . This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage properties, optimize investment performance, and drive value across the portfolio. You will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, and strategic decision-making, working closely with property managers, leasing agents, and investment partners. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize portfolio value and returns.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management for all assets.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews, identifying underperforming assets and recommending corrective actions.
- Manage relationships with external property managers, leasing teams, and other service providers.
- Analyze market data and economic trends to inform investment and disposition decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate portfolio management , asset management, or investment analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful real estate investment strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Sheffield and wider Northern property market is preferred.
