About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Real Estate Valuer to join their prestigious firm in Aberdeen . Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough property inspections and detailed market research to determine property values.
• Prepare high-quality, comprehensive valuation reports for a variety of property types, adhering to RICS standards.
• Analyse market trends, comparable sales data, and economic factors influencing property values in the Aberdeen area.
• Liaise directly with clients, providing expert advice and presenting valuation findings clearly and concisely.
• Mentor and support junior valuers, fostering a collaborative team environment and ensuring consistent quality standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, market dynamics, and valuation best practices.

Requirements

• RICS qualification (AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS) with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record in undertaking diverse property valuations , with strong knowledge of the local market.
• Proficiency in valuation software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a demanding workload and meet strict deadlines.
