Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough property valuations for a wide range of real estate assets, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports, supported by robust market research and analysis.
• Provide expert advice to clients, including financial institutions, investors, and property owners, on property market conditions and investment strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Aberdeen property market, including local trends, planning regulations, and economic factors influencing property values.
• Collaborate with the wider agency and property management teams to ensure a cohesive service offering.
• Ensure all valuations comply with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) standards and other relevant professional guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Valuer or Surveyor, with a strong understanding of valuation methodologies.
• RICS qualification (MRICS or FRICS) in Valuation or a related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of the Scottish property market, particularly in the Aberdeen area.
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel within the designated region.
