Senior Real Estate Valuer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished and accredited Senior Real Estate Valuer to join their fully remote team. This position is key to providing accurate and reliable property valuations across a range of asset types for diverse clients, including financial institutions, investors, and legal firms. You will leverage your extensive market knowledge and valuation expertise to produce high-quality RICS Red Book compliant reports. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, providing critical valuation services and contributing to the strategic decision-making of clients in the dynamic real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive valuations of various property types, including residential, commercial, and industrial assets.
• Prepare detailed and accurate RICS Red Book compliant valuation reports for diverse client needs.
• Perform thorough market research and analysis to support valuation conclusions.
• Liaise effectively with clients, providing expert advice and clear communication on valuation matters.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of valuation methodologies, market trends, and relevant legislation.
• Mentor junior valuers and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.

Requirements

• Full RICS membership (MRICS or FRICS) with valuation (BV) or general practice (GP) pathway.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate valuation .
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality valuation reports for complex properties.
• In-depth understanding of the UK property market and valuation best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload in a remote-first environment .
