About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join their dynamic team based in Sunderland . This is an office-based position where you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles within the company. You will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent, contributing directly to the organization's growth and success. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen understanding of talent acquisition strategies and a passion for connecting people with fulfilling careers. You will work closely with department heads to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various technical and non-technical roles.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance and expertise on recruitment matters.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiation and reference checks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment policies and procedures within the Sunderland office.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Recruiter , preferably within an in-house or agency setting.
• Proven ability to source candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing and social media.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Excellent understanding of employment law and best practices in recruitment.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
