About the Role
Our client, a vibrant recruitment consultancy in Nottingham , is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to spearhead their Digital Marketing recruitment function. You will be instrumental in connecting talented digital marketing professionals with innovative companies seeking to enhance their online presence. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, a strong network of candidates and clients, and the ability to manage and grow a specialized desk. You will work remotely, bringing your expertise to clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for digital marketing roles (e.g., SEO specialists, content marketers, social media managers, PPC experts).
- Source and engage high-calibre digital marketing professionals through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the marketing and tech sectors.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for marketing roles.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through to successful placement and aftercare.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a clear specialization in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing industry and its various specializations.
- Excellent candidate sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development capabilities and client management experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a remote working environment.
