Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for engineering roles , from initial client brief to successful placement.
• Develop and execute effective candidate attraction strategies to identify niche engineering talent.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Milton Keynes area and beyond.
• Drive business development initiatives to secure new mandates and expand market share within the engineering sector.

Requirements
