Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering positions across various disciplines.
• Develop and implement effective candidate attraction and engagement strategies.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and technical assessments to ensure suitability.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with key engineering clients in the Milton Keynes area and beyond.
• Negotiate terms of business and placement fees with clients.
• Achieve and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly placement targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on the Engineering sector being highly advantageous.
