Our client, a specialist executive search firm, is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team, working remotely with occasional client meetings in the Wolverhampton area. This role focuses on identifying and placing senior-level executives and leadership talent across various sectors. You will leverage your extensive network, sophisticated search methodologies, and deep understanding of the executive market to deliver exceptional results for high-profile clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market mapping and talent identification for senior executive roles.
• Develop and execute targeted search strategies to engage passive candidates at the C-suite and director levels.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor on talent acquisition.
• Lead the entire executive search process, from initial briefing and candidate assessment to offer management and onboarding support.
• Utilise advanced research techniques, networking, and social platforms to identify and attract top-tier talent.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership and market intelligence reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment consultancy.
• Proven track record of successfully placing senior leadership and C-suite executives.
• Extensive network of contacts within relevant industries.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and assessment skills.
• Strong business acumen and excellent client relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fully remote setting, with occasional travel to Wolverhampton as needed.
