Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping for executive-level roles.
• Execute targeted search strategies to identify and engage high-calibre candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process for senior appointments, from initial briefing to offer negotiation.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Provide expert market insights and consultancy to clients regarding talent acquisition strategies.
• Conduct rigorous competency-based interviews and assessments for senior candidates.
• Mentor junior members of the executive search team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in Executive Search or senior-level recruitment.
• Proven ability to successfully place candidates in C-suite and director-level positions.
• Exceptional networking, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of business strategy and organisational dynamics.
• Excellent research and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model from our Wolverhampton office.
