This role is dedicated to serving the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, where you will be responsible for sourcing and placing key talent for leading brands. You will leverage your expertise to build strong client relationships, understand evolving market needs, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions within this fast-paced industry, contributing to the firm's specialization and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for FMCG roles, including commercial, marketing, and supply chain positions.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients within the FMCG sector in the Wolverhampton region.
• Proactively source and engage with high-calibre candidates, building a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements and company culture.
• Drive business development activities to expand the firm's client portfolio within the FMCG market.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with significant exposure to the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record in successful candidate placement and client relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a client-facing, results-oriented environment.
• Deep understanding of the FMCG industry landscape and talent challenges.
