About the Role
Our client, a respected recruitment consultancy with a strong presence in Stoke-on-Trent , is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead their specialized Healthcare division. This role is primarily remote, offering significant flexibility. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their staffing needs, and sourcing exceptional medical professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, and management roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates within the competitive healthcare market.
- Build and foster strong, long-term relationships with key clients in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including screening, interviewing, and background checks.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, regulations, and challenges within the healthcare recruitment landscape.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment, with a proven specialization in healthcare recruitment .
- Demonstrated success in developing client relationships and achieving recruitment targets.
- In-depth understanding of the various roles and skill sets within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, particularly for remote engagement.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload effectively in a remote setting .
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and other recruitment technology.
