About the Role
Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy in Wolverhampton , is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to head their growing healthcare division. You will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with healthcare providers across the West Midlands , sourcing exceptional clinical and non-clinical staff. This senior role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare recruitment landscape, and the ability to drive both business development and recruitment delivery, working remotely to serve clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process for a diverse range of healthcare roles, from nurses to allied health professionals.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
- Manage and grow key client accounts within the healthcare sector.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify recruitment trends and opportunities.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants within the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare recruitment regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a specialization in healthcare recruitment .
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of clinical roles, qualifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a remote workload effectively.
- Familiarity with the Wolverhampton and wider West Midlands healthcare market is highly desirable.
