About the Role

Our client, a reputable recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to develop and lead their Healthcare recruitment division in Norwich . This critical role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare professionals, from nurses and allied health professionals to senior management positions within the NHS and private healthcare providers. You will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and sourcing high-quality candidates to meet the growing demands of the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for a range of healthcare roles , understanding specific compliance and skill requirements.
• Proactively source, engage, and vet healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to professional standards and qualifications.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, including NHS trusts and private healthcare organizations in Norwich and the surrounding East Anglia region.
• Drive business development initiatives to secure new mandates and expand the consultancy's reach within the healthcare sector.
• Provide expert market insights and consultative advice to clients on staffing needs and salary expectations.
• Stay abreast of legislative changes and industry trends impacting healthcare recruitment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a strong specialization in Healthcare recruitment .
• Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing, client management, and achieving placement targets.
• Thorough understanding of the healthcare sector, including clinical roles, allied health, and healthcare management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of NHS recruitment processes and compliance is highly desirable.
