Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share within the life sciences sector, focusing on pharma, biotech, and medtech.
• Manage and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their complex scientific recruitment needs.
• Source, vet, and present highly qualified candidates for specialized roles, from research scientists to clinical operations managers.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on market knowledge, candidate engagement, and best recruitment practices.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent demands in life sciences .

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment consultancy , with a proven specialization in life sciences (pharma, biotech, healthcare).
• Strong business development skills and a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry, including regulatory environments and scientific disciplines.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
