Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles within the Life Sciences sector, including scientists, researchers, and project managers.

• Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a proven specialization in Life Sciences recruitment.
• Demonstrable success in managing client relationships and achieving challenging recruitment targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
