Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead their expansion into the Public Sector market from their offices in Edinburgh . This hybrid role requires a professional who can effectively manage client relationships and candidate sourcing both remotely and through in-person meetings. You will be instrumental in developing and executing recruitment strategies for government bodies, non-profits, and public services. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Significant experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a proven specialization in the public sector .
- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with public sector clients.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills suitable for a hybrid work setup.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
