You will manage a portfolio of high-value clients, drive business growth, and leverage advanced remote recruitment strategies to deliver exceptional results in a fully distributed team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of clients within the technology and digital recruitment space on a national level.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment, including advanced candidate sourcing, screening, and offer management, entirely remotely.
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines of specialized tech talent, including software developers, data scientists, product managers, and cybersecurity experts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights into the tech talent market and recruitment best practices.
• Utilise cutting-edge digital sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Contribute to the development of remote recruitment best practices and mentor junior members of the virtual team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a significant and proven track record in the Tech & Digital recruitment sector .
• Demonstrated success in remote working environments, managing remote client relationships and achieving targets.
• Expertise in using advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, specialised job boards) and recruitment technologies.
• Exceptional remote communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and organised, with a strong capacity for independent work.
• A deep understanding of current technology trends and the competitive talent landscape is essential.
