Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Hardware Engineer to join their dynamic, remote-first engineering department. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test complex electrical hardware , including PCBs, power supplies, and embedded systems.
• Perform detailed schematic design, component selection, and PCB layout guidance.
• Conduct thorough electrical performance simulations and worst-case analysis.
• Collaborate with firmware engineers, mechanical designers, and system architects in a remote setting .
• Develop hardware validation test plans and oversee the testing and debugging process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues during development and production phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical hardware design and development.
• Proficiency with EDA tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuits , microcontrollers, FPGAs, and power management ICs.
• Experience with hardware bring-up, testing, and debugging methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective remote teamwork .
